Great purchase for me. Taking grief from my wife and several friends, but I believe it has helped tremendously. I noticed better balance and increased strength in the gym while wearing the band. I would spend the money again.

I have owned my wristband for three months now and I honestly don't know if it works or not.
Does the hologram have magical, mystical powers? Don't know.......
Is my balance beter? Couldn't say...........
Is it all in my head? Possibly..........
Is it pretty? Sure is.......
What I know for certain is that, whenever I wear the wristband, I feel much, much better.

My run times have improved and I feel better after I do run. It is because of the "Power Balance", or just the fact I have been running more? Who knows, but it is kind of cool to think the bracelet helps. Also it is a great conversation starter. I have met a lot of cool people who ask about it. My grandmother use to wear a small magnet around her neck because she said it made her feel better. She lived to be 105, she was healthy and had a crystal clear mind up to the week she got pneumonia. Who knows for sure? Take a chance have some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get-ja-one
