Ok, here's the truth as I have no agenda to either endorse or kill this product: I allowed myself to get a bit out of shape and as I have finally turned the corner and making marked improvements in my diet and physique, I noticed that my upper arms were flabby, and I allowed them to become weak. I was skeptical of this product, but I decided to give it a try. When I did the first 6 minute workout, I managed to breeze through it, and I foolishly believed I was in better shape than I thought. The next day however proved me wrong, as I found the repetition of the routine actually became harder. I also discovered that I did indeed have a weak arm which could not match the other. I felt the burn and fatique after the 6 minute exercise program each time I did it. But then, by week three, I found myself doing the 6 minute program 2 or 3 times a day, and though I was still not breezing through it as I did on day 1, I was managing to complete the entire program. I also was doing some added reps on my weak arm and I have managed to balance the two.
Now, after a month I am not going to say that I was suddenly ripped, of course not, but I did notice something. At a moment when I was simply soaping my upper arms, I discoverd that they were more "solid" and "tight" than they were a few short weeks prior. Let's face it, you know your own body, so when you discover a change, without even consciously looking for one, you become a bit startled. Well, I was, and realized that there was some definite toning to my arms. I am also moving the shake weight harder than I was thus increasing my strength, and trying new routines.
So, having the product now for about two months, I continue my three 6 minute a day routine and am feeling much better doing it. I have found that it is a great motivator and one of the few weight regimens that is not boring. After all, if you cannot spare at least 6 minutes of your day doing this program, then what do you want to do?
Highly Recommended...........

I am going to repeat what other reviewers have said. I have no intention on adding fame or defame this product. Again, like what the other reviewers have mentioned, I was skeptical of this product at first, but I decided to give it a try after trying it in Modell's.
The 6 minutes DVD exercise was good. It really did give a workout on my muscle, you can feel the burn after the first minute of using it. I hope this product does not injury my back, though. If anything, I will come back and tell you guys about it.
All in all, it is a great product and I don't mind using it at all. There is nothing funny or embarrassing about.
EDIT: 8/18/10
I have been using it everyday. I did not experience any neck, back or muscle pain. I like the "burn" every time I use it. Great product!!!
EDIT: 10/03/10
I still have it, I am still using it, still in a good shape. I don't see any large changes in muscle mass but I don't really care!

I've got the shake weight for men and I absolutely love it.
I use it every day and I actually feel sore after using if for about 10 minutes. I can see some definition starting to come in my arms that I've never seen before.
Obviously it looks a little strange but if you haven't tried it already then I recommend you do!

This is an excellent product if you want to feel your muscles burning in your arms and upper body in a very short time. You have to learn to not grip the Shakeweight tightly. Just let it rest on your palm and shake. There aren't that many position for holding it. But then how many different ways can you hold and move a dumbbellt? So start shaking and count to 30. If you can get to 30 in each position, you're doing pretty well. If you can count longer, you've got really strong arms. When you hold the Shakeweight in front of you parallel to your body with both hands, you actually work your entire body including your legs since you are shaking your entire body. Enjoy it! The Shakeweight is definitely an excellent product and worth the price. And you can feel the heat in your arms for quite some time after you complete your set. It pumps you up.
